Tea leaves, lemongrass stalks, cinnamon bark, cardamom pods, all gathered fresh from the layered garden, with no chemicals between plant and basket.

In our small research kitchen we wish to trial steam-distillation of lemongrass and cinnamon oils, evaluate yields and refine the gentlest possible extraction.
Teas · Tisanes · Oils
From these distillates we wish to develop sophisticated finished goods, including single-origin essential oils, blended tisanes and the first sketches of a Kaley health-care range built around our forest.

Successful pilots graduate into our on-site factory, which is solar-supported, low-waste, and run by our own people. We scale only as fast as the forest and our community can support.
Healing customers, worldwide
We seek out tea sommeliers, organic boutiques, wellness brands and individual buyers who care less about price tags and more about the forest behind every bottle.

Phase 01 · Trials
A handful of leaves. A litre of distillate. Notebooks full of observations. Nothing leaves the trial bench until it has earned the right to leave.
Phase 02 · Pilot
Trusted recipes graduate to a pilot run where they are tested with a small group of customers and refined for shelf-life, packaging and traceability before we commit to scale.
Phase 03 · Scale
On-site factory, renewable energy, closed-loop water and zero-waste botanicals returned to the soil. This is sustainable scale: we never scale at the cost of the forest.
